Announcements: flexhive partners with ThinScale

thinscale and flexhive

ThinScale, an award-winning provider of remote & hybrid working security software, has announced its partnership with flexhive, a leader in offshore and onshore staffing solutions.

Backed by Hudson, one of the largest recruitment firms in the Asia-Pacific region, flexhive is an on-demand talent platform. It helps organisations to hire experienced professionals at speed across business support, administration, finance, and customer experience.

Thinscale was selected by flexhive as its secure remote working solution. Its technology will allow flexhive’s growing talent pool to quickly transform their own devices into a secure platform for working with client data and cloud-based systems. This will improve the speed of deploying staff while reducing the cost and logistical complexities of equipping remote workers with corporate-owned devices.

Brendan Kiely, co-founder and CEO of ThinScale, noted, “flexhive’s on-demand talent product is helping their clients to hire high-quality candidates. And its remote work offering is increasingly important in this. Of course, we’re delighted to have been selected as a key component of the IT security infrastructure. A work-from-home approach offers many benefits, for both employees and employers, but only if the necessary protections are in place. The team at flexhive recognises this and is taking the right steps to protect themselves, their talent, and their customers”.

Dean Morrison, Chief Operating Officer at flexhive, commented on the announcement, “We’re thrilled to be working with ThinScale, who will help us to further secure and optimise our remote work offering. We’ve seen that many candidates prefer the convenience of working from their own home. But for this model to be successful, it’s vital there’s a solution to protect devices and the network environment against cyberthreats. ThinScale’s Secure Remote Worker is critical to engendering trust and credibility with our clients as we continue to grow our remote talent pool at pace”.

The on-demand, remote approach to talent sourcing is increasingly popular globally. It provides both candidates and those hiring with flexibility and choice, with the capacity to quickly scale up or down as required. One of flexhive’s core objectives over the next 24 months is to more than triple its remote working solution to somewhere in the region of 1000 seats.
