Our journey
At Hudson, our story is one of transformation, resilience, and innovation. For four decades, we’ve been a trusted name in recruitment and talent management across Australia and New Zealand.
Late 2024: Sharpening our focus
We streamlined the business to focus on what we do best. Our operations in Hong Kong, China and Singapore were divested, and our non-tech specialist services were brought back under the Hudson master brand to focus delivery. Dean Davidson was appointed Group CEO in October 2024, leading a more focused next chapter.
Mid 2025: Sharpening our model
We divested HelloMonday as part of our continued focus on a more streamllined, specialist model built around Hudson & UpperGround.
