The Process
1. Online Application
2. Sapia Chat Interview
3. Online Psychometric Assessment
4. Online Panel Interview
5. Confirmation of Talent Pool Placement
6. Reference and Criminal Record Checks
The first stage of the process involves applying online and uploading your resume. This is an opportunity to tell us about yourself, your location preferences and to confirm your work rights and eligibility for the role. Following completion, you will receive an email to confirm it has been submitted. Only one application is needed per person. Click here to apply.
If your application is eligible, you will be asked to complete an online, text-based behavioural interview. This interview asks you a series of questions related to your previous work or life experiences. On completion, you’ll receive a personalised feedback report which outlines your key strengths and development tips.
Following the online conversation, you will be required to complete two (2) assessments online. The first is a Personality Assessment. This is an untimed assessment that looks at your preferences in the workplace (e.g. do you enjoy working autonomously or in a group). The second is an Abstract Reasoning Assessment. This is a timed assessment, which looks at your learning agility and problem solving. Learn more about psychometric assessments.
If you are successful in completing the psychometric assessments, you will be invited to a panel interview. This interview will be held virtually via video conferencing software. Learn more about behavioural interviews.
Once all checks have been undertaken, you will be informed about the final outcome via email. You will receive confirmation of your placement into the talent pool. What this means is that you have met the inherent requirements of the role and will be eligible for placements as they become available. Offers will be made shortly after. The talent pool will be active for up to 3 years.
If you are selected for a role, you will be required to undergo reference and criminal record checks.
