About the Opportunities
Return-It is one of Australia's largest operators of container return schemes. We are excited to have been awarded the contract to be one of the Network Operators in the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme.
To support the launch of 17 depots across Victoria, we are looking for Depot Managers, Assistant Depot Managers and Recycling Centre Attendants to join us. You will play a key role in the communities, being representatives of Return-It as well as Australia’s journey towards more sustainable waste practices.

- Demonstrate resilience and team leadership (manager roles only)
- Embody customer service and positive communication.
- Are open-minded and welcoming to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Take initiative and roll up their sleeves and help others, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Want to continue to develop and grow their career in our organisation.
