What Does a Recruitment Scribe Do?
A recruitment scribe plays a key role in supporting selection panels by capturing detailed notes during interviews and discussions, including:

After the interviews, scribes prepare comprehensive selection reports that support informed decision-making.
How will a Scribe add value to my recruitment process?

Are Scribes Involved in Decision-Making?
No. Scribes remain impartial and do not assess candidates or influence hiring decisions. Their role is to objectively record information. However, some of our senior Scribes are also experienced Independent Panel Members (IPMs) and can serve as panel members if required.

Minimum Engagement
A 3-hour minimum applies to all bookings, including single rescheduled interviews.
For example, a 1-hour standalone interview will be billed at the 3-hour minimum.
