Bec leads Hudson’s Projects & Volume Recruitment teams, partnering with clients to deliver large-scale hiring programs that are efficient, effective and candidate-friendly. Her focus is on creating recruitment experiences that are not only valid and scalable, but also meaningful for every applicant. 

Since joining Hudson in 2016, Bec has held a range of leadership roles including Consultant, Managing Consultant, Customer Service Manager and now Head of Customer Success. She brings deep expertise in organisational psychology, with a Master’s degree that underpins her approach to assessment design, stakeholder engagement, coaching and change management. 

A career highlight for Bec has been her nine-year partnership with the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program (IAP), helping change the lives of young Indigenous Australians through meaningful employment. She’s also proud to lead Hudson’s high-performing projects and volume team known for delivering complex recruitment programs with care and precision.
