Her leadership has modernised Hudson’s HR operations through digital transformation, improved data-driven decision-making and streamlined core processes. She has also championed diversity, equity and inclusion, embedding inclusive practices and supporting under-represented talent across the business.
With an MBA in HR and Marketing, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and professional membership with the Australian HR Institute, Neenu brings both strategic vision and operational excellence to her role. She regularly speaks at leadership programs and training sessions on topics including emotional intelligence, career readiness and HR best practice.
What motivates Neenu most is helping people grow, creating cultures where performance and wellbeing go hand in hand, and where HR is a true driver of business success.
