Lucy Ranger leads the marketing function at Hudson, bringing a sharp commercial lens to brand positioning and customer experience. Her approach blends creativity with impact, always grounded in driving meaningful business outcomes. 

Lucy joined Hudson in 2024, following a successful career in agencies. As Head of Account Management at Fenton Stephens, she delivered integrated campaigns across diverse industries—including recruitment—and helped shape brand strategy at scale. Prior to that, she worked in London with agency WorksMC, partnering with global tech giants Lenovo and IBM to deliver innovative programs, including Lenovo’s first-of-its-kind sales incentive initiative across EMEA. 

A career highlight for Lucy was her work on the Victorian Department of Education’s Best Start, Best Life campaign, a long-running initiative now in its sixth year, focused on giving children the strongest possible start to their education journey. 

Lucy holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, completed in 2023, where she deepened her interest in strategic marketing after taking Mark Ritson’s Brand Management course. While at MBS, she served as VP of Events for the Marketing Association, curating sessions on everything from iconic brand building to the strategy behind major campaigns. 

She’s passionate about showing how marketing can drive real business results and about creating customer experiences that truly connect.
