Dean has been part of Hudson’s executive team for more than 15 years and played a key role in the successful management buyout of the Asia Pacific business in 2018. Since then, he’s led Hudson through major change evolving the operating model, improving shared services, and driving digital transformation to deliver long-term value for clients and candidates.
Dean brings deep expertise in financial management, M&A, and multi-market operations. He’s led complex integrations, turned around underperforming units, and built scalable growth strategies that stick.
