Chris Lejsek leads Hudson’s Government recruitment solutions, helping federal and state departments find the right talent across business support, policy, programs, procurement, marketing, communications and HR. With two decades of experience in recruitment and a deep understanding of government processes Chris knows how to deliver fast, compliant and effective hiring outcomes.
Chris first joined Hudson in 2005, returned in 2012, and has since built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and building long-term client partnerships. He’s worked closely with government executives to map out the skills they need and connect them with talent that can deliver, especially during surge events or when standing up new programs.
Chris specialises in navigating government compliance, procurement and policy frameworks, and is known for offering practical advice and insights based on what works and what doesn’t. He’s proud to have received Hudson’s ANZ People Leader Award in both 2019 and 2020, a reflection of his commitment to team success and client outcomes.
