As Head of Sales - Government at Hudson, she leads strategic talent solutions for federal and state departments across Australia, supporting clients find the right talent to deliver on priority programs. 

Bernadette has deep expertise in delivering tailored recruitment solutions for agencies including the ATO, Defence, Foreign Affairs, Health and Aged Care, Trade and Industry, and the Australian Electoral Commission. She specialises in Finance and Account, Tax and Law, Policy and Program, Transformation and Change Management, Tech and Data, Trade and Exports, Graduate programs and leading large scale National campaigns for Frontline personnel including National Disasters.  

Over the past five years, Bernadette has played a key role in leading national talent delivery for high-impact programs including the Royal Commission into Veterans and Defence, the Disability Royal Commission, and Covid Taskforces helping government respond to complex challenges with speed and precision.
