Simon is responsible for Talent Management which specialises in selection, engagement, development and transition of people in order to maximise an organisation’s potential.
Experience
After joining Hudson in 1999 as a Consultant within our Victorian Talent Management practice and displaying natural leadership and exceptional people skills, Simon moved into Hudson's management team taking responsibility for Victoria’s Assessment and Development practice. Under his guidance the division experienced significant growth.
In 2008 Simon was appointed to the position of Executive General Manager, Talent Management. Since then Simon has successfully strengthened the internal knowledge management and tools used to build a foundation for ongoing growth and long-term success.
Prior to joining Hudson, Simon worked at a Consulting Psychologist firm.
Qualifications
Simon has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Monash University, is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australia Human Resources Institute.
Up close and Personal
Recently married, Simon enjoys walks on the beach with his wife and dog, surfing and AFL.
