What does a Scrum Master actually do?
Think of a Scrum Master as the person who keeps agile projects on track. They help the team work better, solve problems faster, and stay focused on delivering value. The framework they use called Scrum is all about working in short cycles, learning as you go, and improving as a team.
Scrum is most common in tech and software, but the approach works well across industries.

- Keeps things moving by spotting and clearing roadblocks
- Works closely with the Product Owner and Development Team
- Coaches the team on Scrum principles
- Helps everyone improve how they work together
- Makes sure the team’s work lines up with business goals
