Hudson is going through a huge transformation at the moment. Last year our executive leadership team bought the Specialist Recruitment and Talent Management businesses in Asia Pacific, separating out from the global RPO business and making us the largest privately-owned talent solutions company in the region.
We no longer have to answer to a head office in the US, so we have this newfound freedom which is really great!
With a new vision, we’re driving our data analytics capabilities by investing in companies like Predictive Hire. We’re evolving our culture to increase collaboration, focus on test and learn, and enable great ideas to influence the business from anywhere in the organisation.

In April 2018 our executive leadership team, including Hudson TM’s EGM Simon Moylan, took ownership of Hudson's talent management and specialist recruitment business in Asia Pacific. We are now the largest privately owned company in the region and we are relishing our new-found autonomy.
We have an exciting vision for the future and a roadmap for significant tech investment. In our first quarter of trading as a private company, the business grew 29% year-on-year, and we’re on track for a record breaking year.
