This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead a small team in delivering highly effective recruitment outcomes across the organisation and support a number of ongoing bulk recruitment projects and other recruitment activity.
The role is also responsible for providing expert advice on and overseeing the department's recruitment activities. The role will develop, monitor, and advise on recruitment and selection policies and legislation for the department.
This is an opportunity to lead a team with experience and work alongside two (2) other EL1 Assistant Directors in the HR team to support the activities and deliverables. Your knowledge of recruitment systems for government, and innovative and effective recruitment projects will be utilised extensively.
You will work extensively with all parts of the department to support recruitment and your relationship management skills will be of significant value to achieve results for the department.
