Hudson On-Hire Employee Remediation Program

Hudson has conducted a review of how we pay our on-hire employees, which has identified errors in the way we applied Modern Awards to our on-hire employees, and how they have been subsequently paid.

As a result, certain on-hire employees’ pay has not been sufficient to meet the minimum entitlements under the relevant Modern Award.

We apologise to our employees for this oversight and its impact, and we are committed to making it right.

Hudson self-reported these issues to the Fair Work Ombudsman and have been cooperating with their investigation. Hudson has now entered into an Enforceable Undertaking (EU) with the Fair Work Ombudsman.

Hudson has put robust systems and processes in place to ensure we are applying awards correctly and that our on-hire employees are now receiving the appropriate minimum entitlements.
