Professional Experience

Kristen Mangelsdorf has 18 years experience working in the recruitment industry. Having commenced her career with Hudson in Adelaide in 1996, Kristen returned in 2010 as Director of the Victorian Accounting & Finance Practice and in 2012 also became Director of the Human Resources Practice. In January 2014 Kristen was promoted to become General Manager of the Victorian business, responsible for 40+ staff and managing a multi-disciplinary recruitment business across two offices. Prior to re-joining Hudson Kristen worked for LINK Recruitment for 7 years.

With over 10 years experience leading recruitment teams, Kristen’s skills encompass developing sourcing strategies, relationship management, account and project management as well as delivery of recruitment projects. Kristen has worked as part of leadership teams for the past 10 years and has a solid understanding of commercial business drivers. Kristen’s success is a result of her honest approach and ability to understand business needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
