He has both internal and agency experience encompassing operational team management, project managing large transformational recruitment initiatives, strategic account management and 360 recruitment.
Throughout his career Sebastian has worked across all technology verticals within both public and private sectors.
In his current role as a principal consultant, his focus is on senior management roles across project services, strategy and operations as well as executive appointments.
