They are highly prized by employers, and in fact were identified in Hudson\u2019s latest ANZ hiring managers\u2019 survey as their second biggest hiring challenge.<\/p>\n<p>The technical or hard skills required for a role are constantly changing, but soft skills will stay with you throughout your career.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some transferable skills examples that employers are looking for.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"numbered-h3\">\n<li>CollaborationWith the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/global\/Documents\/About-Deloitte\/gx-dttl-2014-millennial-survey-report.pdf#page=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">biggest generation in the workplace<\/a>\u00a0soon to be the millennials, we will be seeing strong collaboration skills becoming a requirement.
