2018: A strategic shift<\/h4>\n

A management buy-out of Hudson’s APAC business gave us the freedom to evolve. We moved from a generalist model to a tech-enabled house of specialist brands, shaped by what clients told us they needed: deep expertise, not one-size-fits-all.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n \n \"From\n

2023: Investing in innovation<\/h4>\n

2024: UpperGround is launched<\/h4>\n

UpperGround by Hudson became it's own brand, focused on delivering curated tech talent across ANZ. It's where our tech specialisation, insights and human-first approach come together.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n \"Late\n

Late 2024: Sharpening our focus<\/h4>\n

We streamlined the business to focus on what we do best. Our operations in Hong Kong, China and Singapore were divested, and our non-tech specialist services were brought back under the Hudson master brand to focus delivery. Dean Davidson was appointed Group CEO in October 2024, leading a more focused next chapter.<\/p>\n \"Mid\n
