You will possess senior level experience in the management of physical and dynamic security operations which provide for a safe work environment, whilst maximising prisoner engagement in education, programs, employment and reintegration opportunities. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience managing significant financial and physical resources, practice innovation and a history of influencing change and reform to deliver continuous improvement and capability building.
