Executive General Manager, Talent Management, Asia Pacific
Simon Moylan is the Executive General Manager, Talent Management across the Asia Pacific region. In this role Simon is responsible for Hudson’s Talent Management business – which specialises in selection, engagement, development and transition of people in order to maximise an organisation’s potential.
After joining Hudson in 1999 as a Consultant within Hudson’s Victorian Talent Management practice, Simon transitioned into Hudson’s management team taking responsibility for Hudson Victoria’s Assessment and Development practice, which experienced significant growth under Simon’s leadership and guidance.
In 2008 Simon was appointed to the position of General Manager, Talent Management. Since this time Simon has successfully strengthened the internal knowledge management and tools used to build a foundation for ongoing growth and long-term success.
Prior to joining Hudson, Simon worked with PDI, a consulting psychologist firm.
Simon has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Monash University, is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australia Human Resources Institute.
