Am I eligible?
You’re eligible for Hudson perks and benefits once you've been successfully added to one of our talent pools. Apply for a job today or enter our selection process via our mobile app.
Instant rewards before employment
Once you’ve successfully passed the qualification process and completed your profile, you’ll be a starter – giving you access to perks and benefits before you even start your first Hudson job.
Haven’t started the qualification process? Download the Hudson app today & complete your profile.
Additional rewards during employment
Once you have started in a Hudson assignment, you’ll be able to access additional benefits including Early wage access, Bupa Corporate discount and Employee Assistance Program via EAP Assist.
Please note, some benefits are only relevant to Australia based employees.
How do I unlock my benefits?
Download the app & go to the Benefits Section.
If you are already screened & a member of a flexhive talent pool, Simply Click Unlock Benefits to access your Benefits via our Benefits partner Flare.
If you are not yet a member of a flexhive talent pool, once you visit the Benefits section, you will need to click Complete Questionnaire.
You will then be taken to the Profile section to complete some initial experience information. You will then be invited to complete a skills challenge for the roles you have experience in. Once complete, you can join the Hudson community!
