Kimberley Hubble

Kimberley Hubble brings over 35 years of business leadership and more than three decades of experience in recruitment and talent management. As Head of Talent Solutions at Hudson, she partners with clients to design and deliver smarter, more effective ways to hire and retain great people. 

Before joining Hudson, Kimberley led large-scale recruitment and talent businesses across the Asia Pacific region as CEO, overseeing a workforce of 800+ and annual revenue of $300 million. Her leadership spanned every part of the business, from strategy and sales to technology, finance, and operations. 

Kimberley has consulted with clients across Australia, New Zealand and globally to optimise their permanent and contingent recruitment models. Her focus: reducing cost, time to hire and risk, while lifting quality of hire, stakeholder experience, and access to data and insights. She’s also helped organisations strengthen their employment brand, onboarding, recruitment tech, assessment tools and diversity outcomes. 

With a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Sydney, Kimberley is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and the Harvard Strategic Leadership Program. She began her career working with adults with disabilities, a foundation that shaped her people-first approach to leadership and talent strategy.
