Associate Director – Talent Management
Shannon leads the Queensland Talent Management team to assist organisations to achieve great performance through great people. A results driven leader, Shannon brings an energetic and innovative style to establishing strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional solutions to individuals and organisations.
Shannon joined Hudson in 2015 with over 10 years consulting experience, with the previous five years in senior management roles leading teams of up to 40 people across the globe. A registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Shannon has a proven track record in designing and delivering large scale HR and OD solutions that achieve demonstrable outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations. In particular, Shannon possesses strong expertise in the areas of safety, resilience/wellbeing and leadership from her time leading both the Innovation/R&D and East Coast division of a multi-award winning organisation that delivers innovative neuropsychology solutions around the world. Prior to joining Hudson, Shannon held the position of General Manager for an ASX listed Australasian provider of integrated HR services, products and technologies, where she led the Queensland practice to achieve significant growth in the areas of psychometric assessment, leadership development and career transition.
Shannon holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology, a Bachelors degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice and is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist. She possesses a strong psychometric assessment background, and is accredited in a range of tools including SHL/CEB, Hogans, TMS, Genos, Talent Q and others.
In 2012, Shannon was recognised for her leadership achievements as a finalist in the Brisbane Young Manager of the Year awards at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and in 2013 named on the inaugural ’30 Under 30’ list of young management talent across QLD and NT.
Up close and Personal
Shannon stays busy catching up with friends and family most weekends, and chasing after her energetic toddler! A big music and movie buff, Shannon enjoys listening to live music, and is always on the lookout for opportunities to travel.
