Jenni leads the ACT Talent Management team to support organisations to achieve business success through engaged and productive people. Jenni’s outcomes-focused and innovative approach allows her and her team to establish long term value-add client partnerships and deliver extraordinary solutions to unique challenges.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2016, Jenni spent several years providing assessment and selection advice and effective solutions to line managers and employees within corporate concerns in a variety of industries in both South Africa and Australia. She is passionate about designing and delivering leading edge assessment centre methodologies to identify talent and provide companies and individuals with valuable information to reach their full capability. As a people leader, Jenni thrives on inspiring teams to accomplish their goals.
Since completing her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology and registering as a Psychometrist in South Africa, Jenni has used this foundation to apply assessments throughout her career, and is accredited in a range of tools.
Up close and Personal
Jenni is invigorated by her early morning walks and further maintains her fitness through Pilates. Family life and her two children keep her busy, and when she does have free time she enjoys a stimulating book and a sophisticated glass of red.
