Experience & Achievements
Shannon joined Hudson in 2015 with over 10 years consulting experience, with the previous five years in senior management roles leading teams of up to 40 people across the globe. A Masters qualified Organisational Psychologist, Shannon has expertise across the spectrum of Organisational Development services, including Leadership Development Programs, Psychometric Assessment, Training Design & Facilitation, Culture Assessment & Change and Executive Coaching.
In particular, Shannon possesses strong expertise in the areas of safety, resilience/wellbeing and leadership from her time leading both the Innovation/R&D and East Coast division of a multi-award winning organisation that delivers innovative neuropsychology solutions around the world.
Prior to joining Hudson, Shannon held the position of General Manager for an ASX listed Australasian provider of integrated HR services, products and technologies, where she led the Queensland practice to achieve significant growth in the areas of psychometric assessment, leadership development and career transition.
